Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
RapidXAI (“we”, “us”) operates rapidxai.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or become a client, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Booking a call: when you book a consultation, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you enter. That booking is processed under Calendly’s privacy policy, not just ours, since Calendly is the vendor running that flow.
- Email, phone, or WhatsApp: if you contact us directly, we keep that conversation to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the work.
- Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) logs requests (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and reliability, the same as almost every website on the internet.
What we do not do
- We do not run third-party ad-tracking pixels or sell visitor data.
- We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- We do not share your information with anyone outside the tools required to run the business (Calendly for scheduling, email, and, for active clients, the systems we build and operate for you).
Client data
If you engage RapidXAI to build or operate a system for you (a voice agent, an AI operating system, a website), the specific data handling for that engagement is covered in your service agreement, not this page. This page covers the marketing site only.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing shreyas@rapid-xai.com.
